Reads a documentEnv() call's second argument (the runtime.ContractDocs shape).
Parameters
- docsArg: Expression | undefined
- filePath: string
- contextLabel: string
  Used only to build human-readable warning messages.
- warnings: ParseWarning[]
  Mutated in place: one entry is pushed per unresolvable field.
Returns DiscoveredContractDocs

Remarks
Anything not a statically-resolvable literal warns and is skipped (falls back to "not set") rather than guessed at, same policy as schema-entry parsing.
