    One entry per distinct owner, sorted by owner.

    unowned: readonly string[]

    Every variable with no effective owner at all, as ${contractName}.${key}, sorted. Named separately rather than bucketed under a synthetic "unowned" owner, so "nobody owns this" can never be mistaken for a real team name.
